THE CHALLENGE

The EVOLT CHALLENGE is an 8-WEEK challenge designed to improve your body composition with the help of our Evolt 360™ Machines.

Your participation will be evaluated using two important factors:

1. SCANS: Using the Evolt 360™ machine, we will track your transformation throughout the 8-week duration of the program for a total of three (3) scans: first scan, mid scan and final scan
2. WEEKLY CHALLENGES: Using Challenge Cards, we will have to record both your scans and eight (8) weekly challenge performance

The participant with the highest percentage of transformation will take home the grand prize. Are you up for the challenge?

MECHANICS

The first scans start on 15 September. Making sure that you have signed-up already, do the following steps:

1. Download the Evolt App and Input the Club Challenge Code: Download the Evolt App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. For the challenge code, confirm your registration in the club you selected during sign-up.

2. Receive Your Challenge Card: During the first scan week (15 September - 19 September), visit your club to receive your Challenge Card. This card is essential for tracking your progress throughout the challenge.

3. Complete All Body Scan Weeks: Ensure you complete the initial, mid, and final body scans. These scans directly affect your chances of winning. Participants will be ranked according to the percentage improvement.

4. Participate in Weekly Challenges: Engage in and successfully complete all weekly challenges. These activities are designed to motivate you, improve your fitness, and help you achieve your transformation goals.

5. Submit Your Challenge Card: After your last scan (17 November - 21 November), submit your completed Challenge Card to your club. This is crucial for determining your eligibility for prizes!

The Anytime Fitness Asia Evolt Challenge is an exciting 8-week challenge designed to reward participants who achieve the most impressive physical transformations.

This challenge offers the chance to win incredible prizes. The regional prize being a paid trip to anywhere in Asia for one male and one female participant. The national prizes vary per country/market.

Members with valid membership at any of the listed Participating Clubs from 15 September to 21 November 2025.

The number of participants is limited to 100 per club.

You may only accomplish the challenge in the club where you signed up. Switching clubs will result in disqualification.

There are only 3 scan weeks:

First Scans: 15 September – 19 September
Mid Scan: 20 October – 24 October
Last Scans: 17 November – 21 November

You may accomplish the challenge in another club, as long as you only do all the scans and weekly challenges in that club.

First Scans: 15 September – 19 September
Actual Challenge and Mid Scan: 22 September – 21 November
Last Scans: 17 November – 21 November

Challenge requirements like weekly challenge accomplishments and scans should only be done during club staff hours (varies per club).

Each winner will receive an all-expenses-paid trip for 2 (the winner + 1 guest) to a destination of their choice within Asia, inclusive of:

• Return economy class flights
• Hotel accommodation for 2 nights (3–4 star category)
• Airport transfers and daily breakfast (subject to availability and total prize value)

The total value of the prize is capped at USD $1,000 per winner. Any expenses exceeding this amount — including upgrades, extended stays, alternative flight routes, or additional guests — will be at the winner’s own cost.

The prize must be redeemed and travel must be completed within 6 months from the announcement date (exact deadline to be confirmed in the winner communication).

Destinations must be within Asia and subject to Anytime Fitness approval to ensure safety, feasibility, and compliance with budget and logistical constraints.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to the availability of flights and accommodation at the time of booking.

Winners are responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents or visas, and must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the intended travel date.

The participants with the highest body fat improvement percentage will win the challenge.

Body Fat Percentage Improvement:
Body Fat Percentage Improvement = ((Initial Body Fat % - Final Body Fat %) ÷ Initial Body Fat %) x 100

The winners will be announced on 15 December 2025 through Anytime Fitness Asia social media channels.

Regional Winners will be announced on the Anytime Fitness Asia social media pages and here on the website.

National Winners will be announceted on the Anytime Fitness page of the respective country/market.

For Regional Prizes, Anytime Fitness Asia will be sending an email to the winners with details on how to claim your Trip and Stay.

For National Prizes, Anytime Fitness in your respective country/market will be sending an email to the winners with instructions on how to claim your prizes.
